We deliver across Lahore with Cash on Delivery. If you're outside Lahore, please contact us on WhatsApp or by phone before ordering so we can confirm whether we can deliver to your area.

Browse the shop, add the items you want to your cart, and go to checkout. Enter your name, phone number, and delivery address, and place the order. You'll receive an order ID, and our team will confirm the details with you by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Yes. We only sell authorized, genuine products, and they come with the manufacturer's official warranty. Please keep your invoice — it's needed for any warranty claim or after-sales service.

Yes. We provide installation support for products like air conditioners, large appliances, and home entertainment setups. Let our team know when you order and we'll arrange it so your product is set up correctly.

Please inspect your product at the time of delivery. If anything arrives damaged, or you find a manufacturing defect, contact us as soon as possible by phone or WhatsApp with your order ID. We'll arrange a replacement or a warranty repair with the manufacturer.

If you created an account at checkout, you can see your order status any time under Orders in your dashboard. You can also contact us with your order ID and we'll give you an update.
