These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the New Multi Electronics website and the purchase of products from us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
We sell authorized, genuine electronics and home appliances. Product availability and stock levels can change, and we may limit or discontinue any product at any time. We work to keep product descriptions and images accurate, but occasional errors can occur; where a listing is clearly incorrect, we are not obliged to fulfil an order on those terms.
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We aim to keep pricing accurate and up to date, but if a price is clearly listed in error, we will contact you before processing the order and you may confirm or cancel. Prices may change without notice, but changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed.
When you place an order, you receive an order ID confirming we have received it. This is not automatic acceptance — our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm details before dispatch. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, if a product is unavailable or the delivery address cannot be served).
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay in cash when your order is delivered. No online or card payment is processed through this website. Please have the exact amount ready where possible, and check your product at the time of handover.
We deliver across Lahore. For locations outside Lahore, please contact us before ordering to confirm whether delivery is available. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary with product availability, location, and other factors outside our control. Any installation support offered is arranged separately with our team.
Products are covered by the manufacturer's official warranty. Please keep your invoice, as it is required for warranty service. If a product arrives damaged, or you discover a manufacturing defect, contact us promptly with your order ID so we can arrange a replacement or a warranty repair. Specific return and replacement conditions are handled case by case and in line with the manufacturer's warranty terms.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please notify us if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the site, its systems, or other users' data.
The content on this website — including text, logos, and design — belongs to New Multi Electronics or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Brand names and logos of the products we sell remain the property of their respective owners.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product you purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under applicable consumer law or the manufacturer's warranty.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page, with the date shown above, applies to your use of the site.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
